We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic HR Manager/Sr. Specialist to join our team. As part of this role, you will primarily focus on Compensation and Benefits (C&B) operations. By excelling in C&B operations, you will create an environment where our employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered. Your efforts will directly impact their job satisfaction, engagement, and overall well-being, making FunNow an even more exciting and fulfilling place to work.
▶ As a C&B CoE
．Conduct market research and analysis for competitive salary structures and compensation packages.
．Develop and maintain a comprehensive salary framework aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
．Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and fair compensation programs.
．Lead the design of business bonus schemes to enhance market competitiveness and align with business objectives.
．Assist in establishing fair and effective performance evaluation processes.
▶ As an HRBP
．Act as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for designated operational areas or business units, understanding their talent development needs.
．Collaborate with leaders to identify talent development needs and strategies.
．Provide guidance and support for talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
．Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and recommend HR solutions aligned with business goals.
．Minimum of 2 years of experience in C&B-related roles.
．Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
．Possess a startup mindset and be open to rapid and flexible changes.
．Efficient in task management, skilled in multitasking, able to allocate time and set ．self-expectations.
．Enjoy engaging with people, discovering various interesting things related to human interactions, and being enthusiastic about sharing them.
【Nice to have】
．Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, Japanese is a plus
．Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power BI is a plus.
．Previous experience working in publicly traded companies.
．Experience in international HR management.
