• Lead, develop and execute shopper marketing strategy focused on finding the right assortment, merchandising, price management distribution and strategic channel for respective categories.
• Develop merchandising guideline (&POSM) and maximize the category brand message and key visuals into online/offline touchpoints to maximize brands visibility.
• Closely work with Sales team to partner with retailers on development of customer specific marketing programs to grow business together.
• Leveraging market information and shopper research to ensure shopper is fully integrated into the annual planning process and part of the business
• Lead and develop channel strategy and identify business issues and opportunity to grow.
• Manage Trade spend or promotion fund effectively and within budget.
• Facilitate respective categories sales target achievement via maximize sell-out with effective promotion campaign and excellent in-store presence.
• Ensure excellent trade execution for all shopper marketing activities and continuous improvement through regular promotion evaluation and feedbacks.
